Smoothie banana si cocos

In acest smoothie m-am concentrat pe nuca de cocos si laptele de cocos,iar acesta s-a dovedit a fi atat de cremos si bogat in proteine si vitamine,dar este si vegan.

Ai nevoie de :

1 banana mare ( congelata ar fi ideal,astfel nu mai ai nevoie de gheata )

1/2 cana de lapte de cocos ( sau migdale,soia,orez )

1/2 cana fulgi de nuca de cocos

1 lingurita de nuca de cocos sau

1 lingurita de vanilie ( sau ambele)

Mod de preparare 

Se adauga in blender si se amesteca pana ce totul devine cremos.

Iar ca glazura poti presa fulgi de nuca de cocos .
