Smoothie pentru imunitate

Inca o reteta de smoothie bun si sanatos, din grapefruit, ghimbir,lamaie,polen , turmeric  si portocala, pentru un mic dejun sanatos.

Ai nevoie de :

1 grapefruit decojit de pielita alba
1 bucata mica de ghimbir ras
1 morcov

1 lamaie
3 portocale decojite
1 cana de apa ( la nevoie )

1 lingura pulbere turmeric

1 lingurita polen

1 lingurita seminte de chia

Adauga toate ingredientele intr-un blender si mixeaza timp de pana intr-un minut, pana cand smoothie ajunge la consistenta potrivita.
