Clatite vegane fara gluten

Ai nevoie de :
  • 250 gr faina de orez/hrisca 
  • 2 banane mai coapte
  • 1 lingurita praf de copt
  • 1/2 lingurita bicarbonat de sodiu
  • 3 linguri zahar de cocos
  • 1 lingurita extract de vanilie
  • 1 lingurita scortisoara
  • 1 lingurita esenta de rom
  • 1 lingurita unt de cocos topit
  • apa

Mod de preparare :

Adauga bananele in blender si proceseaza-le pana devin lichide,adauga faina fara gluten intr-un bol mai mare. Adauga bananele pasate si restul ingredientelor.Amesteca-le bine cu ajutorul unui tel. Mai adauga apa minerala,devin mai pufoase, pana amestecul devine mai fluid.

De acum incolo se procedeaza exact ca la clatitele clasice. Foloseste o tigaie anti-aderenta de clatite. Adauga uleiul in tigaie, unge tigaia si apoi scurge uleiul inapoi intr-o cescuta.
