Salata de vara cu avocado

 

O masa consistenta, fara prea multe calorii insa, fiindca avocado este ingredientul care nu trebuie sa-ti lipseasca din bucatarie. Include-l in toate retetele de sezon!

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 pumn de valeriana/ rucola
  • 1 ceapa verde sau o ceapa mica
  • 1 ardei rosu mic cuburi
  • 3 rosii bine coapte
  • 1/2 gulie razuita
  • 1 morcov razuit
  • 1 telina razuita
  •  zeama lamaie dupa gust
  • ½ lingurita turmeric
  • sare roz de Himalaya dupa gust si piper
  • 1 lingurita ulei presat la rece de in
  • 1 lingura ulei de canepa presat la rece
  • amestec seminte pentru salata de la Solaris
  • porumb fiert

Ca si dressing am folosit

  • 1 avocado bine copt
  • ½ lingurita turmeric
  • zeama de la o jumatate de lamaie
  • 1 catel de usturoi
  • 1 ceapa tocata
  • sare si piper

Avocado se zdrobeste  bine cu o lingura si se amesteca cu toate ingredientele de mai sus.
