Salata de cartofi cu verdeata

4 cartofi potriviti
100 g masline
zeama de la o lamaie
ulei de masline presat la rece 
1 ceapa rosie, 1 legatura de patrunjel si 1 de marar
sare roz de himalaya
piper

Fierbi cartofii in coaja, timp de 20 de minute, ii scoti, ii lasi sa se raceasca, apoi ii cureti. Intr-un bol, pui verdeata, cartofii taiati potrivit, ceapa taiata rondele, maslinele, sarea, piperul, uleiul de masline si zeama de lamaie. Amesteci ingredientele, de preferinta cu o lingura de lemn.
