Salata de iarna-impotriva anxietatii

1/2 cană de fasole 
1  rodie
1/4 cană de nuci
6 ridichi 
6 cepe verzi fin tocate
4  tulpini subtiri de telina inclusiv vârfurile cu frunze, fin tocate

  • Ulei de canepa presat la rece – 1 lingura
  • Ulei de seminte de susan presat le rece 1 1/2 lingura
  • Sucul de la 1/2 lamaie

Taie ingredientele marunt si amestecati cu uleiurile intr-un bol.
