Pateu din ciuperci ( reteta de post )

Ai nevoie de :

300 g ciuperci champignon medii

2 cepe medii

3 linguri ulei de masline presat la rece

1 lingura coniac

30 ml apa

100 g alune caju

sare roz de Himalaya

piper proaspat macinat

1 varf cutit nucsoara

cateva fire patrunjel verde

Punem caju la inmuiat cu 2-3 ore inainte de a pregati pateul. Calim ceapa tocata marunt, apoi adaugam ciupercile si le calim impreuna  3-4 minute.

Adaugam lingura de coniac, apa si condimentele si lasam la foc mic pana se evapora complet lichidul.

Luam de pe foc si pasam cu ajutorul mixerului vertical sau al robotului impreuna cu alunele caju scurse de apa si 2-3 fire patrunjel verde.

Iar in final mixam pana obtinem o pasta fina.
