Mancare de fasole verde

1 kg fasole pastai
1 ceapa mare
1 ardei kapia rosu mic
1 morcov mediu
1 felie de telina
4-5 catei usturoi
500 ml apa
200 ml suc rosii cu consistenta groasa
cateva fire de cimbru
1 foie dafin
sare roz de himalaya
piper
4 linguri ulei de masline presat la rece
patrunjel verde pentru servit

PREPARARE:

Intai spalam, curatam si rupem fasolea in bucati.

Intr-o tigaie incalzim uleiul si calim ceapa, apoi adaugam ardeiul, morcovul si telina cu un praf de sare pana cand se inmoaie. Adaugam pastaile si apa, cateva fire de cimbru, sare si piper dupa gust. Acoperim cu un capac si fierbem pana cand pastaile incep sa se inmoaie, in jur de 15 minute.

Apoi adaugam pasta de rosii, usturoiul zdrobit si fierbem inca 10 minute.

Cand e gata, stingem focul si adaugam patrunjelul.
