Dressing cu sos de marar

Ingrediente sos:

1 cana caju (hidratat 6-8 ore)

sucul proaspat de la o lamaie

2 catei usturoi

1 legatura de marar proaspat spalat

1 lingura ulei de masline

sare si piper dupa gust

1/4 cana apa

Daca ai un blender de mare putere pune toate ingredientele in el si proceseaza pana capata consistenta unui sos cremos. Daca nu, alternativ poti procesa caju in robotul cu lama in S pana devine faina si adauga apa de cate ori e nevoie ca blenderul sa proceseze sosul. Toarna sosul peste salata si serveste imediat.
