Icre din migdale

Ai nevoie de :

4 linguri de migdale macinate

2-3 linguri de zeama de lamaie,dupa gust

1 lingurita de mustar

300-400 ml ulei Solaris

1 ceapa potrivita

1/2 paine alba inmuiata in apa rece

sare,dupa gust

Mod de preparare :

Migdalele se macina in rasnita de cafea.

Se stoarce painea de apa si se pune in blender impreuna cu migdalele macinate,mustarul,sarea si zeama de lamaie.

Se amesteca bine,apoi se adauga treptat uleiul si pesmetul ( daca este prea subtire) pana se obtine o pasta tartinabila.

La sfarsit se adauga ceapa tocata marunt.
