Super multa vitamina C si colorfila la pahar si un plus de antioxidanti .

Momentul ideal de smoothie este in prima parte a zilei, as zice chiar la micul dejun – pentru o absorbtie usoara a micronutrientilor si pentru evitarea oricarui disconfort digestiv, fructele si verdeturile crude se mananca inainte de a fi consumat proteina animala, seminte sau nuci, lactate, cereale sau la o distanta de minim 3-4 ore.

Ai nevoie de :

1/2 mar verde

1 mana sapanac

1/2 banana

2-3 felii de castravete

2-3 frunze de patrunjel

pulbere de chlorella 1/2 lingurita

1 lingura seminte canepa
