Smoothie pentru diabetici

Astazi va prezint un smoothie cu totul special, pentru diabetici, o bautura cu o aroma extraordinara, dar si un continut ridicat de vitaminele A, C, K, B2, B3 si B6, E, F, acid folic, fibre, antioxidanti, dar si minerale, precum calciu, magneziu, potasiu, cupru si mangan.

Ai nevoie de :

  • 1 para coapta
  • 1 ceasca afine
  • 1 varf de cutit de ghimbir macinat
  • sucul de la 1/2 lamaie
  • 1/2 ceasca lapte de migdale/nuci/caju
  • 1 lingura pulbere de canepa Canah
  • 1/2 ceasca apa

Adaugati ingredientele in blender.
