Ai nevoie de:

1/2 cana fulgi de ovaz ( exista si fulgi de ovaz fara gluten ) !!!

1 1/4 cana lapte vegetal de migdale, de cocos, orez, etc

1 lingurita miere/ sirop de artar

cateva boabe de vanilie ( bio de la sonnentor)

Pentru topping, poti folosi :
*Fructe proaspte
*Nuci, seminte
* gem/ dulceata
* fructe uscate
* Fulgi
